Step 1: Schedule Your Consultation

All travel planning begins with a consultation request. A separate consultation is required for each trip you would like us to plan. Once your consultation request is received, we will email you a Client Information Form (CIF) to gather the details needed to begin planning your vacation.

Step 2: Complete the Client Information Form

Please complete and return the Client Information Form as thoroughly as possible. Travel research will not begin until the completed CIF has been received. Once we receive your completed form, one of our travel advisors will research your request and prepare personalized travel options.

Step 3: Receive Your Customized Quote

Within five (5) business days of receiving your completed Client Information Form, you will receive a customized travel quote via email. Your quote may include multiple options based on your travel preferences, budget, and availability.

If additional information is needed to better serve you, we may schedule a brief phone or video consultation before preparing your final quote. Please note that your quote is for review purposes only and does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

Step 4: Review & Approve Your Quote

Carefully review your travel proposal and let us know which option you would like to book. Reservations will not be made until we receive your authorization to proceed. Please keep in mind that travel pricing and availability are constantly changing. Rates are not guaranteed until your reservation has been confirmed and any required deposits have been processed.

Step 5: Confirm Your Booking

After we receive your approval, we'll email you:

• An electronic invoice (eInvoice)

• A Credit Card Authorization Form

• Payment instructions

If your selected flights or accommodations are no longer available, we'll promptly provide comparable alternatives for your review. Once your payment has been processed and confirmed by the travel supplier, you'll receive your confirmation details and booking reference number.

Step 6: Travel with Confidence

Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll continue to assist you leading up to your departure by providing travel information, answering questions, and helping make your vacation as stress-free as possible.

Consultation Fees

• Airfare, Hotel, or Rental Car Only: $25 per reservation

• Cruise Vacations: $50 per state room, additional state rooms $25

• Vacation Packages (1–4 Travelers): $50 

• Group Vacation Packages (5+ Travelers): $100

Important Information

• Airline tickets are typically issued immediately after payment is received and may be non-refundable according to airline policies.

• Hotel, resort, cruise, and rental car reservations are confirmed once desposit and any required authorization forms have been received and accepted by the travel supplier.

• Deposits are due at the time of booking and vary by travel supplier.

• Prices and availability are subject to change until your reservation has been confirmed with a deposit.

• Refunds are subject to the policies of the travel supplier and any applicable travel protection plan.

• Many deposits are non-refundable and we strongly recommend purchasing travel protection whenever available.​
